Taken into monstrosity as a baby with a deadly illness, as he was cured in his childhood he grew incredible unquestioning faith in the religion. He believed everything he was told and wanted to please the lord so he allowed himself to be tested on. His devotion to the monastery lead him to study 'medically removing sin' and finding a method of extending his life to continue his work. he has been using medicine to keep him practically immortal, only reversing his medication will undo it. The medicine also makes him passive and theoretically 'without sin' although he is very sinful when allowed to express it. He has no blood.
He has poisons and drugs he can use to influence even the strongest people, including his own that will inflict a strong drive for any of the seven deadly sins or fruits of virtue. (aka a drug to make you jealous, slothful, kind, honest,ect.)
He obeys his higher ups without question. outside of that he tends to roam and do good.
