• Amoung Pandora Palace being his main thing, Berly theme (also from Deltarune 2) is his neutral "I have appeared on the scene" theme.
• He uses his moon staff to channel his magic (the little he does know and can do), but he could theoretically do magic without it if he was skilled enough.
• He may come off as a bit mysogionistic at times (especially with his whole idea of "I get the girl by beating a guy and then they fawn over me" and not taking no for an answer), but he doesn't intend it like that. To him, he thinks this is how things work because his only exposure to the real world and people was through fantasy and stories and things like that as a child (hes very, VERY immature skkdjdh). He believes in the whole ol' heteronormative "Guy gets the girl by beating bad guy and then thats how it is supposed to be UwU we kiss and make out and live happily ever after", and thats what he supposedly should do. Honestly he isn't even thinking "Ah yes because women are inferior.", he just thinks that's how things are. He does learn eventually though through adventures and interacting that no, the world isn't like that and you can't just win a girl by beating up their boyfriend (or "boyfriend" in his eyes because Kenn isn't really Ashley's boyfriend and vice versa.... not yet at least)

• He can switch between both anthro and feral-ness. He stands on two legs and boom, perfect balance. He goes down on all fours and bam, perfect walking. It isn't really magical or anything, moreso cartoon logic.
  TLDR, you can draw him anthro or feral, he can go both ways.

Aster is cocky, brash, and smug. Incredibly, incredibly smug. Ridiculously so, even. Fairly unjustifiably so as well. He isn't even that good at magic but he pretends to be. But if you actually ask him to show it he will brush you off or osme up with some sort of excuse as to why he can't. Underneith all of that though is a sad little baby boy who just wants to be apprciated and important.

He comes from a world with other magical dogs that kinda look like him. They're particularly larger than him though (like, 75% of a one-story house) and most have some sort of magical ability and a simple set of wings. Aster in particular though comes from a long family of very, very powerful magical doggos with a high reputation and even higher standards for their magic. He was born an only child (as once his mom had him she was like "No more kids!") so all of the family's expectations were placed on him to carry on the legacy of the family. Unfortunantly for him though, he isn't very good at magic. Multiple tutors, practices, etc, nothing has worked for him to really get him up to the level that he should be at. So to prevent disappointing everyone (which they would be if he wasn't at the proper level) he would pull multiple lies and tricks in order to keep the fact that he actually cannot do magic properly a secret. But on one particular night when he was supposed to be showing his magic to his entire family, with no way to get out of it, the secret was finally revealed. And as expected, his family was VERY disappointed in him. He then ran away from the scene and his family, flying into the night sky. But as he is flying, a huge gust of wind in the sky causes him to crashland and loose conciousness. And when he wakes up again, he is in the underground.
