Deputy has worked with dragons his whole life, growing up on a farm that doubles as a sanctuary. She's highly unaware of social customs, and often says things that he shouldn't. They are also very observant, and believe that if you focus you can hear the wolrd speaking to you. Can come off as a bit.. weird.
Can really wear any style of cloak or dress! The blue one is just my default. His periapt is a standard light-focus, made of taffeta glass and in a medium height rhombus shape. He must always have this when performing magic, but in casual settings, he may take it off.
Not-Optional:Visor is non-optional. They can take the hat off, but they don't have any other kinds, so if you draw the hat please ensure it is the blue one! Also does not wield any wands or staffs beside his dragon one.
