General Rules

1. Returns and Refunds:
   • There is a 30-day return limit. If more than 30 days have passed, returns and refunds will be denied.

2. Design Alterations:
   • Minor changes to the design are allowed. For major changes, please contact me directly with detailed information.
   • Requests like "Can I change something?" without specifics will not be accepted.

     ---

3. Payment Policy:
   • You will not receive the design until full payment is received.
   • If payment is not made within three days, the adopt will go back on sale.
   • For custom designs (you provide the concept, and I create the design), the payment deadline is extended to one week. If you need additional time (e.g., waiting for payday), please inform me; accommodations can be made.
   • If payment is not received within the timeframe and the design has not been sold, it will be relisted. Once payment is made, the design will be provided unless it has already been purchased by someone else.

4. Adoptable Usage Restrictions:
   • Resale Rules:
     • Adoptables purchased with USD cannot be sold for more than the original purchase price.
     • You must contact me before giving away or reselling an adoptable.
   • Roleplayed Characters:
     • If a character has been roleplayed by me, you may not resell it without my acknowledgment.
   • Blacklist Enforcement:
     • Non-compliance with these rules may result in being blacklisted from future purchases.

5. Design Ownership and Revocation:
   • As the designer, I reserve the right to revoke ownership of a design if you:
     • Engage in harmful or discriminatory behavior (e.g., pedophilia, zoophilia, racism, homophobia) and use the adoptable to promote such views.
     • Use the design in AI or machine learning tools. This will result in immediate blacklisting, and the design will be reclaimed without prior notice.
     • Claim the design as your own creation and attempt to resell it under false pretenses.
   • Violators will be blacklisted and reported to other artists to prevent further issues.

6. AI and Unauthorized Use:
   • Designs and artwork are not permitted for use in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications or machine learning tools.
   • If a design is used in this manner, it will be reclaimed immediately, and the user will be blacklisted.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:
   • Unauthorized Chargebacks:
     • Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting. Additionally, I reserve the right to report the incident to payment platforms for review.
   • Resolution Process:
     • If you experience a payment issue or need to dispute a charge, please contact me directly to resolve it. Open communication is encouraged to prevent misunderstandings or disputes.
   • Legal Action:
     • In cases of fraudulent activity, I reserve the right to pursue legal action.

8. Commercial Use:
   • Personal Use:
     • Adoptables are for personal use only unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
   • Commercial Rights:
     • Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, selling merchandise, using the design in advertisements, or branding.
   • Credit for Commercial Use:
     • Even for commercial use, credit as the designer is required unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Design Credit:
   • Attribution Requirements:
     • Credit must be given to me as the designer wherever the adoptable is displayed or shared, such as on social media, websites, or roleplay forums.
   • How to Credit:
     • A simple "Design by [Your Name/Username]" in the description or caption is sufficient.
   • Failure to Credit:
     • Repeated failure to provide proper credit may result in blacklisting.

10. Revisions for Customs:
    • Included Revisions:
      • Each custom design includes up to two minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small detail changes).
    • Major Changes:
      • If significant changes are requested after the initial concept has been finalized, these may be treated as a new custom order with additional charges.
    • Clear Communication:
      • Please provide clear and detailed instructions during the design process to minimize the need for extensive revisions.

As a resident of America, my services comply with general U.S. privacy laws. Key points include:

• Personal Information Collection:
  • Any personal data (e.g., payment details, contact information) collected during transactions is used solely for completing the purchase.
• Data Sharing:
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
• Rights to Your Data:
  • You may request to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting me.
