A worker in the pokemon black market trade, they would cut off Sliggoo's antennae and sell them. Many Sliggoo died due to this person, as Sliggoo already are blind and use it's antennae to hear and smell. Their unethical and cruel methods have gotten them a bad reputation, even with other black market people.
A group of pokemon scientists have worked many years to make a replica of Sliggoo's antennae that will cause no harm to anyone or anything to get this person off the market, though unfortunately any attempts as of yet have been unsuccessful.
