Robot Cat friend!

Delta is mysterious, he looks like a regular cat yet, with a wave of his tail, he can change his colours from lime to yellow. Nobody is quite sure what the colour changes mean, not even he is sure about it, but what he knows is that the two different colours affect his current powers. Thus, he tends to switch when he knows which power he needs in that moment. It's a near-instant change as well, which is very lucky, but that can be restricted if someone were to, for example, tie his tail to his body.
Treat it a bit like a video game mechanic, lol.
