1. Absolutely do not sell my designs for higher than what you've paid for, especially if they were obtained through a trade or made for free. However, this doesn't apply if you have commissioned work of the design in question or if you've made art with a certain quality*.

2. You are allowed to do any changes as long as I'm still credited for the original design. Feel free to give them different forms, alternate palettes, change the species etc. Complete overhauls are allowed, in such cases I am only to be credited for the original concept/design.

3. If posting them outside of toyhou.se, please still credit me for the design. It doesn't have to be done on every single drawing, only in case it has a character system, such as ART FIGHT. I only have toyhou.se now so please credit this account.

4. I will not be able to provide refunds if it's been over a day — my money situation isn't good and my currency is devalued, so think before you make a purchase.

5. After your purchase, the character is yours and I do not have the right to "reclaim" or control it. You can do what you want with it. I can, however, avoid any more negotiating with you if I deem you unfit to work with after the transaction is over.

*By quality I mean art that you can apply a value to, not a 3 seconds  effortless sketch. Your art has value, of course, but be sensible about it; Think if someone would pay for the final product, regardless of skill.
