Profile

A thriving green ecosystem with animals, monsters and anthro residents, with many lessons to teach. Based on philosophical, psychological and spiritual concepts, this place and the life within can aid you in self reflection and growth. Beware entering alone if you are not ready, and do not take from nature what you do not need. A venture into the unknown can be as destructive as potentially nourishing to the soul.

-what you take into solitude grows there, the beast within included. Nietzsche

In case you were curious as to what the hell infrasound is
And just like certain wavelengths and flashes of light can make people uncomfortable, infrasound can also alter someone's perception and even certain bodily functions without them ever knowing it
The report "A Review of Published Research on Low Frequency Noise and its Effects"[53] contains a long list of research about exposure to high-level infrasound among humans and animals. For instance, in 1972, Borredon exposed 42 young men to tones at 7.5 Hz at 130 dB for 50 minutes. This exposure caused no adverse effects other than reported drowsiness and a slight blood pressure increase. In 1975, Slarve and Johnson exposed four male subjects to infrasound at frequencies from 1 to 20 Hz, for eight minutes at a time, at levels up to 144 dB SPL. There was no evidence of any detrimental effect other than middle ear discomfort. Tests of high-intensity infrasound on animals resulted in measurable changes, such as cell changes and ruptured blood vessel walls.
So, this is what the natural cave network under your forest creates, along with certain metal and mineral deposits.
I don't know the specific frequencies needed to produce what you want, but I know it's possible.
At least theoretically.
There have been more than a couple papers about how electromagnetic frequencies can actually induce reactions like uncertainty or even that sensation of being watched.
And yes, there are places in the world that can create these electromagnetic fields and infrasounds completely naturally.
None that I know of that do both, but it is possible.
Neat, huh?
