Past

In 16 BBY, Vex was born on Coruscant. He never knew his parents, and he doesn't know what happened to them. For as long as Vex could remember, he was always an employee at Zathor Kril's Mechanic shop. An 'Employee' is what Zathor reffered to Vex as. But he was really more of a slave. Employees didn't get treated the way he was treated. Vex couldn't even organize a toolbox without getting yelled at for doing something wrong. Zathor was one of the most grumpiest and angriest Togrutas that Vex knew. 

For the first 12 years of his life, that was all Vex knew. He never could leave the shop- Zathor made sure of that. So he was trapped. 

In 4 BBY, when Vex was 12, a man arrived at the mechanics shop. His ship was in terrible condition, and the man looked like he'd seen better days as well. He introduced himself as Titus- and Vex immediatly took interest in him. Titus seemed to take an interest in Vex as well. He was the first one to actually seem interested in knowing Vex's name. That's why when Titus offered him a way out of his misersble life at the shop, Vex happily agreed to go with him. Zathor wasn't to pleased about that, however. He demanded that Vex stayed, and when he refused, Zathor drew his blaster on him in anger. Vex had never been faced with such fear before- the blaster barrel pointed to his face is still one of his most vivid memories. Vex would have died if Titus hadn't been there to save him. Titus shot Zathor before he could fire his blaster at Vex, saving his life. From that point on, Vex idolized Titus- he was the man that freed him. Vex couldn't say thank you enough.

 From 4 BBY to 1BBY, Vex travelled with Titus, learning everything about bounty hunting, and the galaxy. The galaxy- it was so beautiful. All these places Vex hadn't known existed before. It was amazing. Vex's life had just begun. The twelve years wasted on Coruscant meant nothing anymore. He had a new family now. Titus was his closest friend, he meant everything to Vex. Their crew grew larger- more people joined their adventures. Vex finally felt at home.

0 BBY. When Titus's home planet of Alderaan was destroyed, it destroyed Titus as well. Titus spent all his time locked away in his room, not wanting to speak with anyone. This worried Vex greatly. He wanted to be there for his friend. So he tried, in any way he could. Eventually, they all healed. Like they always did, and always will.

From 1 ABY to 3 ABY, Vex and his friends kept Bounty hunting. They were getting really great at it too. Vex could finally put his past aside and focus on what matters. His friends.

Present

Vex is currently a bounty hunter, working alongside the crew, and his closest friend, Titus.
