Toby wears a bandage covering her eyes as a way to cope with her low self esteem.

Despite being very honest, often even blunt, and not holding many secrets, she's very distant emotionally and doesn't tend to open up fully. She's withdrawn and struggles with trusting and getting attached to others due to past trauma, forming very shallow bonds and closing herself away. Aside from having difficulty forming potential friendships, she's still coming to terms with the fact she's aromantic, fearful of being left alone, forever just the second option, never as important as someone's romantic partner would be.
