Being mute makes making close friends hard. But once you've gained his trust your stuck with him.
He does not have pupils. Only reflective silver iris.
There's not much left of his younger memories, eroded by the time spent in the feywilds when he tripped into a portal taking him to an endless empty forest. He's not sure how long he spent and he came back changed enough that he is unsure if he has any living relatives as no one recognized him upon walking into Leviathan's Bay during a harsh storm. Cassius is well mannered enough to let things slide so long as there's a clear end to the tunnel. His patience is not endless for all it may seem with his stoicism. He feels most alive when up off the ground in the largest of trees and scaling buildings. If you hear a panflute nearby but not the source it's likely he's found a perch to hang out nearby, just look up.
He happened to overhear an elf at the tavern he was temporarily working at talk about a gathering of people by the king and snuck his way in. Only two of the Fated Few know he can actually talk due to a small mishap early on.

After being with the Fated few for a few months Cassius unintentionally has keyed in the party that he was owned at some point. His tattoos are markings of binding and ownership from a family in the feywild.
He managed to keep all his clothes on around the party until a javelin managed to shred his shirt completely. and he pulled it off.
Due to being protan colorblind he cannot see his own own markings but had the idea something on his skin makes people uncomfortable around him.
