He likes to keep himself as pristine as possible, preening his dark brown feathers and sharpening his claws against rocks whenever idle. He gets a disapproving look in his sharp eyes when associating with other species.

Skye is very, very, very snooty. His entire life has been built upon the assumption that vultures - and he in particular - is better than everybody else, and deserves to be treated almost as a god. He will not stand for anybody questioning him, or any behaviour which he perceives as rude - unless perpetrated by himself, of course. He believes that he has the right to be cold-hearted, although can never give a satisfactory answer when asked why he would have the right. His venue (flock) are just as high and mighty as he is, so he is rarely exposed to any outside beliefs. However, he does have the potential for love, and so if offered true friendship, his heart may warm and he may become more easy-going and drop the holier-than-thou attitude.

Normal vulture abilities - flight; extremely strong stomach acid digests almost anything (including even anthrax-infected flesh); sharp and strong beak and claws for tearing apart carcasses.

Nesting near a small village in the Karakoram mountains of Pakistan, Skye is used to being treated well by humans, who leave their dead upon the cliffs for the vultures to hygienically pick clean. Unsafe without his venue, he rarely associates with other animals, who he views as lesser and lower-class beings. He has never yet been exposed to outside ideas or experiences.

Will one day form a strong friendship with a cloud leopard, and a strained but amiable relationship with a snow leopard.
