"Auspices are the physical conditions someone needs to be in to perform magic. Auspices are very literal and can range from very specific to a broad array of things. An example is the auspice Sundown, which means physical lack of light around one’s self to enable one’s magical capability. An auspice “window” is how varied the conditions are, for example, the difference between twilight and complete darkness."
