About
Fuyuko is a newbie hashira, who uses a thunder derivated breathing, the voice breathing. She personally managed to create it while training, and that is referred to her past inability to speak about the serious issues she was going throught. The weapon she uses is a katana, with a wakizashi, keeped to help her in simultaneous attacks, or in defence.
She's affected by albinism, and it's still something very embarassing and ridiculous for her, since she always tries to hide it, mostly with her short hair. She's fully japanese tho, and a very generally cold person, mostly in speaking. The other hashiras (non canon) say that she's not cruel, just trying to hide what she's truly feeling.

Fuyuko is an overall cold person, as already said. She actually speaks honestly about almost everything, making her not the best person to bond with, at first. In the past, it was a mechanism to keep away people, since she didn't want any relations to anyone. Now, she changed a bit, thanks to Arisu, but she still dosen't talk very much.
Story
Origins
Born from a prostitute, and her client, Fuyuko grew not knowing what a father figure even was. She wasn't even looked after by her mother sometimes, because of her work. So, she was more confident with the other ladies that keeped her, than her own mother.
First...problems
At the age of nine, the little girl started to grow some strange flaws...or was it a beautiful thing? Asking her now, she would answer the first. It was just the albinism, growing its first spots on her skin. The doctors couldn't explain it, but being aware that she wasn't actually ill, her mother started to praise it. I mean that she would've used this thing at her advantage.
Conclusions
So, her mother used this particular of her, to make her a prostitute too. She worked and worked, at first, unaware of what she was really doing, and with time, she understood. It went on until she turned twelve. In short, demons attacked the place where she was, and she used this excuse to escape from there. She then was found by a demon slayer, who teached her (by her request) the thunder breathing, but she couldn't reallyDo do it correctly, that's why she made her own breathing style. Then, after the exam, Fuyuko became an official demon slayer, and with time, an Hashira.
Trivia
- Fuyuko has her own raven, obviously, but he isn't like all the personalized hashira ones. His name is Hai, and he understands fully her keeper.
- She dosen't even own a very detalied haori, she's very simple.
- She cut her hair, in means of her change of maturity. In japan, for women, it has this meaning.
Related
Arisu is her mentor, an hashira who took her after a mission where only she survived. Surprised by her capacities, she took her as a tsugoku, and trained her. She's the war hashira.
