Jake

Superhero and secretly an illegal sapient android. He is employed by the local Compendium and is a recent graduate into their city defense program.

Jake has ice-based powers and can do all sorts of neat stuff from freezing surfaces to literally shooting giant ice towers from his hands. He can sculpt ice and control the movement of it nearby to some extent. He's so full of energy he barely knows what to do with it half the time - the kind of guy who will literally bounce off the walls if you don't keep him occupied.

Under his synthetic skin, Jake is made of thousands upon thousands of individual metallic strands that imitate muscle. Little clips serve to create his lips and eyelids, though, and the glass orbs used for his eyeballs are very fragile. He's sensitive to pain from his mechanics being messed with and cannot be turned off, so he's gotta deal with servicing while still conscious.
