Maolong

This dragon is indeed the ruler of her territory. However, her subjects rarely see her since there is so much paperwork to deal with and too many things to learn. Some parts of her fur is iridescent and seing this dragon is said to bring good luck. It prefers it's more human form since most documents are too small for her original form.
