Katsu Hamasaki, a Bnha OC.
His quirk? Rewind! What appears to be future vision at a glance or a Groundhog's Day type hell to those in the know, is Katsu's quirk Rewind. Originally Respawn, a quirk that would send him back in time upon death (but got too edgy too quickly), Rewind is a toned down version where Katsu can turn back time until he gets it right.
At first he isn't able to control when it activates much less the duration, but eventually, he learns his powers and one day (with his husband) opens up his own pro-hero agency.
Born to into a manipulative family, Katsu is used to not being able to take anything that anyone says at face value.
It takes him along time to trust people, but when he does he's your dependable, if a bit timid friend for life.
Seen by someone he's not friends with he can appear be distant, studious and untouchable.
But in actuality he's a nervous, playful, disorganized doofus who's barely passing his classes. Despite all that, he's actually the most responsible of his friends.
When he trusts someone entirely, he has a tendency to rely on them (Perhaps too much?)
He wants to be admired for his intellect over his looks or families power. While he's not very imaginative, he really respects that quality in others.
He has a hard time expressing himself and showing his feelings. His family is incredibly subtle about expressing themselves.
So he can easily misread situations and phrasing.
His family only agreed to allow him to apply to UA in order for him to become a famous heroic spokesperson for their massive corporation.
Little do they know that when he graduates he will have nothing to do with them.
Going so far as to research restraining orders for his law project in class; which prompted his friends to corner him on the subject.
