Seager usually comes across as a calm and collected guy, listening to people but usually only to get dirt on them. After calming down from his teenager years, Seager loves to get into other peoples heads so much as he can. Making people pissed off and seeing their angry faces gives him energy and a sense of joy. If hes not trying to physically fight with a person he is trying to do anything to piss them off.
But under the many layers of making people mad, he tends to fall hard for others easy. His version of 'love' may not be the most wanted but he shows it often; clinging to others and making fun of them constantly. Sending people he likes anonymous hate attached to a nice thoughtful gift is the norm with Seager. The meaning of 'being kind' doesn't run through Seager's head. At least not properly.
He might fall for others quickly but he can get rid of them twice as fast, going back to just being a plain asshole. Other then that hes more of a guys guy, doing stupid shit and experiencing the city.

Seager grew up in a sheltered life. His parents were careful on what they showed him as a child and made sure he got everything he needed. With that, they were both very overprotective; to the point of not even letting him hang out with other people to experience the world.
As he hit his teenager years, Seager grew more and more curious of what his parents were hiding from him and he ran out from home repetitively. Seager was very prone to getting into trouble and eventually grew addicted to it. He loved the rush he got from fighting and he continued to do this so not even his parents could stop him. He loved to fight for his opinions, even if he knew he was completely wrong; as just getting a rise of people made him excited.
Now running out from home months at a time, he wanted to be able to calm down because of this addiction for adrenaline. Slowly he tried to control his urges, getting to the point where he more wanted to torment peoples brains then hurt them physically. His ideals slowly became more twisted; more likely to bring people to the edge of death if they cross him.
