Mayeline Eulford

Often, those who say they were raised to be someone's weapon, they are often speaking figuratively. For Mayeline, this is not the case. Born the daughter of the God of Order, her father had detailed plans and roles for each of his children to play. Her eldest brother, Samuel, was to be a good heart, a healer, humanity's savior. Her older brother, Damien, was to be the man behind the chessboard that saves humanity. Mayeline, she was destined to die young and conveniently to tether her demi-god soul to a holy relic and set in foot the foundational power and science as the first and strongest proto-weapon; the very weapons that gave humanity a fighting chance against the beasts.

Upon her death and revitalization as a weapon, Mayeline had learned of the nature of her existence, of her father, and of the various Gods, ascending to the true demi-god spirit. Having little to do other than sit in a safe and - on a good day - follow Damien out to the battle field, Mayeline's previously reserved but opinionated personality morphed into that of an overtly snarky, sassy, and opinionated spirit.

Only those with Eulford blood can wield her, however for those that can, she has the ability to manipulate the very matter of space and absorb all forms of energy her blade or monochrome fire-like aura comes in contact with. Some say that if powered up enough, the blade itself could tear a hole in the sky and connect the realm of the divine to that of the mortal plane.
