dont trade to someone who doesnt have a th, most people have one and i wanna see where my designs go!! on this note, dont delete / private my designs w/o telling me aaa
do not, at all, draw or write nsfw of ANY of my designs, i will try to get them back as this makes me severely uncomfortable

you can resell without asking :]
if i say you won and you dont reply for a week without a reason that i know of, i will put the adopt back up until further notice
same with customs, except ill just post them as freebs

dont use them for commercial use, at all, ever 

dont whitewash my designs or use them to promote hate in any way [xenophobia, homophobia, racism, etc]

once again, i dont have to accept the commision if i believe i cant do it well, or ill ask for a change of a character
if i feel as though i cannot finish the art or something comes up, i will refund you fully
ill send the unwatermarked ver to the characters th after youve completed your end of the deal!
dont throw a fit if i decide to cancel a commission, ill try not to and if i cancel youll get a full refund

dont use my art for commercial use either, thats js odd
