About Birthday - Dec 13th
Moby's instincts to adopt behaviors in order to blend into society is stronger than most Mignyans. Unfortunately, when you combine that instinct with the newest human technology like "the interwebz" you get a very obnoxious result. He's very quick to adapt to new things and make it a part of himself, indulging and regurgitating the new trends ad nauseum until the next big trend comes along.
He's so wrapped up in Earth's distractions that he often forgets he's a Mignyan. Only remembering when his disguised body starts to itch or when he starts to walk out of the house completely undisguised and has a haha whoops moment. Thankfully since Moby is so strange, anyone who's caught a glimpse of his undisguised flesh usually take it to be a costume for one of his memes or whatever.
(Kind of like those Pokemaniac freaks who are cosplaying in the middle of a deep dark cave for some reason)

Personality Theme
Kind of annoying but it's hard to hate him when you see him really excited about his Bulbasaur evolving. He does not have a filter and says things without thinking so he usually hurts feelings without realizing it. Loves sharing stuff with people but does not have many true friends, he's often forgotten in groups.
Moby is extremely loyal and loving to friends who keep him around. He tries to lend them his games, let's them sleep over at his place, always asks if they want anything from the store, texts them at 4am with memes, and probably gets everyone at least 3 presents every Christmas. This behavior has definitely gotten him taken advantage of, but he hasn't let those experiences get him down. How can he be sad when he's got Naruto fanfictions to catch up on?
Trivia
- Forgets to eat very often and when he does eat it's usually junk food. Riley is usually the ones managing to keep his host body alive with DECENT food.
- Moby's host needs glasses. He always "forgets" to wear them (He doesn't want to look like a nerd...) so he leans way to close to screens.
- Tried to learn the saxophone so he could be cool and sexy like Epic Sax Guy but he gave up. Learning an instrument is hard, turns out.
- Hates his cowlick, wishes he had cool 2000s emo bangs.
Flaws
- His mere existence makes you remember how cringe you used to be but simultaneously makes you yearn for the days you lived without fear of indulging your interests and hobbies.
- Talks over/interrupts people. Not very good at listening.

I wanted to make two different character ideas that had way better stories and designs planned out but this slots fate was sealed by impulsive design decisions. My desire was to obtain the #1337 Masterlist slot. Spoiler: We didn't get #1337. Sorry gamer nation. Moby's failed you ToT
He is based heavily on early 2010's internet and high school culture because 1337 SP34K always makes me think of that time. My older brother would show me the latest flash animations on our little slow-as-molasses family computer and some of the videos I would record on my flip phone and use for ring tones. You can't help but laugh at some of the stuff you used to love as a kid but eventually grew out of.
