Mara is an aloof young adult. They travel and take whatever reasonable odd jobs get enough pay or hospitality to get by. When they aren't employed with a particular task, they're more likely than not searching for different sorts of magical or mundane creatures. The search for such creatures can come with a few unexpected adventures, but who ever turned down a chance to become a Watchcrow or to mingle with Ancients?
