Celine Manda-Rin Age: 48 Height: 4'09" Occupation: part-time R.S.H. medical staff, part-time RN at a general hospital Power Description Celine has the ability to heal others through touch. Grave injuries are too much for her to fully heal herself, but she may be able to stabilize the patient. The healing only goes as far as their body can potentially rebuild, however. She can't bring back lost limbs or cure disease, for example. Biography Interested in helping and being surrounded by those with super powers, she joined the R.S.H. as a nurse as soon as she was old enough. Trained as an EMT as well, she was often the first person that hurt agents saw. After her husband was medically discharged from the R.S.H., she spent as much time as she could helping him rehabilitate. She eventually started to feel that her powers could be better utilized if she saw the general population as patients, rather than the same fight-injured agents again and again. Celine tried to leave for the general hospital, but the R.S.H. required a healer of her caliber for their heroes. It wasn't until her healer son Markus joined that she was able to get fewer hours, and she then signed on as a nurse at the general hospital, usually taking care of children where she could. Personality Celine is a very happy person. Like Adrian, she looks on the bright side of things, and can laugh off smaller annoyances. She's quite motherly, always drawn towards helping and caring for others. Physical Description She has green eyes and light orange hair which sits at around shoulder length. Relationships Markus - Her beloved son, there's little she adores even half as much as him. She's always warm towards Markus, hugging and holding at every opportunity. She worries for him some, working as a superhero and all, but she knows she should let him choose his career. Still, sometimes she wonders if the reason he joined was to help her on account of being unable to leave, previously being the only healer... Adrian - Her husband, the two first met when Adrian landed himself in the R.S.H. medbay. After that, she found him coming in for even the smallest of scrapes, and they started to spend more time talking than healing. Their optimism has pulled them through the toughest times, and they've come through it all yet closer and stronger. She spends as much of her free time with him as she can, never tiring of both his jokes and embraces. | Adrian Manda-Rin Age: 47 Height: 5'09" Occupation: former R.S.H. field agent Biography Adrian joined the ranks at the R.S.H. as an agent when he was a young adult. He soon became known for excelling at stealth missions, making good friends with fellow agents along the way. Being a demolitions expert, he often utilized bombs and his knowledge of them to carry out his missions. However, his career was cut short after an injury on the field that left him paralyzed from the waist down. Years of physical therapy, occasional medical procedures, as well as costs for mobility aids and other necessities, often left him and Celine with little cash for much else. He uses a wheelchair for most of his movement; he can now walk again, somewhat, for short bursts at a time with his crutches. Personality Adrian thinks attitude is everything when it comes to life, even before his injury. He likes finding humor wherever he can, often cracking jokes. He avoids conflict over unimportant things, but will still confront others if pushed enough. Laid back, he tries to let things slide where he can. Physical Description Adrian has brown eyes and dark hair. He keeps his hair at a medium length. He has a scar on his right cheek from his field agent days, and is seen with some patchy stubble more often than not. Relationships Markus - Adrian is fiercely proud of his son for always being so sweet and kind. Sometimes he worries he may be too selfless, and does his best to remind him not to let others take advantage of it. Markus visits his parents every weekend, and Adrian always looks forward to it. He wishes Markus kept all the money he makes for himself, even if they do live better with his financial help. Celine - His wife, he thinks of her as a true angel. Adrian isn't sure he would be here without her, and not just because of her healing powers. He's happy to support her at every chance he gets. He loves her more than he knows how to say. Luca - Adrian and Luca often worked together as R.S.H. agents, and quickly became close friends. At first, he was just happy to have a dependable agent like Luca on his side, but he liked him even more as soon as he started joining in on his joking. They've maintained a great friendship throughout the years, and still get together for drinks when they have the chance. Maurice - Adrian absolutely despises Maurice. Back when they worked together, he quickly figured out how bad a person Maurice really was. He knows he hurt Luca, and always found his possessive behavior towards him deeply unsettling. They've gotten in fistfights with each other before. Maurice taunts him at every chance, just waiting for him to hit first. |
