Pebblebot

Not many records of Pebblebot's early life exist. Estimates of his creation range from 20 to 100 years ago. His creator and their intentions behind making Pebblebot are unknown. His own memory has failed over time, leaving only recent years available to comb through. In his first few years, his creator encountered errors caused by the large amount of storage that Pebblebot's memories took up- since he is constantly recording video and audio of every minute of the day. Due to this, once a year on his 'birthday', Pebblebot's system does a disc wipe and deletes all files not necessary for his survival. Do not fret, Pebblebot is able to sort memories into a protected 'essential' folder that saves them from being removed. However, there is only a limited amount he can protect, so he only saves the most important memories he has. While he may not remember every time he hung out with his friends, he remembers their names and birthdays, along with super fun times, like when they all stayed up together to play a new video game!

Pebblebot lives in a small village of Hoofhissers, commonly referred to as the 'NPCs'. He lives alone in a small house. The logistics of this is unknown, though older residents claim that the house was vacant for decades before Pebblebot moved in (mysteriously enough, the home never broke down or grew dusty despite having no one living inside. Records of who owned this house have been lost to time.).

This small hoofhisser attends a nearby school in the town. While he is not technically enrolled, Pebblebot sits in on classes and arrives early every day so he can walk with his teacher to school. He has gained a few loyal friends in thse classes. Due to his memory programming, he forgets lots of the material he learns, and retakes the same grades over and over.

Pebblebot's virus got infected with a harsh virus in March of 2022. Throughout March and April, his systems were offline and in control by the deadly program. On the last day of March, during a QnA with the NPCs, Pebblebot was oddly missing until the end. The other NPCs all became glitched and unresponsive, one by one falling ill, until only he was left. The virus unmasked themself and took over the Hoofhisser server, installing himself as the mascot and supreme leader. Glacier was somewhat spared from the virus, who used their power to turn Glacier into 'Glacierbot', being given a mechanical form and forced to take on the bot responsibilities. Glacierbot became their henchman and guide. Those who refused to worship 'Pebblebot', were brandished as sinners and locked out of chats. In an attempt to gain the favor of the server, he hosted raffles and DTAs that he drew by himself (rather poorly, may I add).

With the help of Glacierbot and server members who crafted a resistance, Pebblebot was eventually saved! The virus wouldn't survive more than a few months in Pebblebot's body, for it would collapse due to strain. He was tricked into infecting a harmless Scalebaa named Scayuu, and trapped in a bottle. Without any mechanical roots to dig into, Scayuu couldn't continue controlling the NPCs and they all awoke from their forced slumber. Turns out that Pebblebot got the virus from trying to download Minecraft for free online! His friends helped him recover, taught him more internet safety, installed some adblockers on his system, and gave him little jobs to 'earn' money and buy Minecraft legitimately.
