TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL INFO

You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art. I will only show you a WIP (work in progress) sketch of half body and full body commissions. I will send you the full resolution unwatermarked picture in a note. If you happen to need to re-upload the picture somewhere, I would apreciate that you only uploaded a watermarked version and never the original file. Be sure to save the pictures, I clean my gallery/sta.sh from time to time. I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you want a very detailed drawing. I reserve the rights of rejecting or cancelling your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way. Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll probably modify them a bit to make them fit my style, the background, the lighting, etc.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

Commissioned pieces are for private use only by the commissioner. You can use it for banners, graphics, personal prints, desktop wallpapers etc, but you cannot use it for any profit. This means my art should not appear on any product that is sold. You cannot change or modify the drawing without my permission. Commissioners are allowed to upload the art where they wish, so long as my signature is not removed and a link is provided back to my main dA page Yonaei. If you are reuploading my art, please upload a watermarked version if it is for public galleries. The rights to the art remain with me. I am the creator of the art and you only have the rights to your character and the usage of the unwatermarked art. If you are selling your character rights to another person, you cannot ask the new owner for money in return for the art you purchased from me. If you wish for your commission to be private, as to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet, I'll charge you an extra 20% fee of the total price. This is because I lose out on my chance to display my current skills for potential customers. If I am not allowed to post the commission, neither are you. Once a commission is made private, it applies to both the artist, me, and the commissioner. If by any case you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future (so you can upload it somewhere), you just have to send me a note, however there will be no refunds for the extra private fee.

PAYMENT PROCESS

I will only accept Paypal payments in USD. I require full payment before I start the artwork. I will request the payment through an invoice instead of having you send me the payment to avoid accidental transactions. Paypal fees are included. If payment is not received within 3 days after I placed the invoice, you will loose your slot. I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared and details are given. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission. Always wait for my instructions first. If your character is extremely detailed, I reserve the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the money. You may switch out the character if you do not want to pay for detailed charges.

ORDER PROCESS

1. Fill the form you'll find in the commission journal. 2. Send it to me in a note titled "Commission order" or something similar. 3. Wait for my answer so we can discuss any details if needed. 4. Make the payment after I've confirmed your commission. 5. I'll send you wips if you requested them. 6. The finished piece will be submitted to my gallery. 7. I'll send you a note with full resolution work.

WORK SPEED

The estimated wait time is 3-7 days since the moment I start working on your illustration. If you have ordered more than one illustration or there's other commissions to be done before yours, the waiting time will increase. The most you'll have to wait for your commission is 3 months (worst case). I tend to work when I feel most motivated so that your commission is done properly. I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art. You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I will correct any mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc) free of charge. However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to me when I accepted your commission, I am not obliged to correct or change anything for you. If however, you wish to request for a significant change (a mistake that isn't on my behalf) I may or may not change it for you. If I happen to accept your request, there will be a fee depending on how big the change is.

REFUNDS

Commissioners can receive a full refund if I have not started your commission at all. You may cancel your commission after I started but the refund amount will depend on how much I have completed. I will still send the incomplete art piece over. If I have completed the piece already, there are absolutely no refunds.

----- Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission. ----
