His roots may be in the snowy mountains in the west, but his heart is in Anchor's Way. His older brother took him there on one of his researh trips once. He's been to many places but at Anchor's Way he found his identity when he tried Iced Coffee from the (Hot n' Cold Drinks) shack by the beach. Not only that, but he met his best friends Wafer and Carmen on this trip, and decided he wanted to stay.
Now he has a room in the Inn that he shares with his brother whenever his brother is in town, which has increased in frequency to check on and hang out with his little bro.
He is close with the Rat family since he stays in their Inn, and they are technically his guardians while he stays in Anchors Way. Miles is kinda like his second big brother as a result.
