Cyrus

Species: Deinonychus

Backstory: Cyrus arrived at his high school a loner, and due to his oddly colored face he was quickly targeted and harassed. He joined the debate club and used it to gain the beginning of confidence and charisma, and ended up attracting a  few people into his friend group in the process.  While he was quite nervous and reserved at heart, he created somewhat of a mask over his old personality to increase his popularity and strengthen his outward image. In time he assumed this alter ego easily and used it to become one of the most popular students in school, largely through serving as a voice for his fellow students to the administrative. While he enjoyed the power and universal praise he got, it came at the emotional tole of constantly maintaining his near-perfect image. 

He went out of his way to appease everyone's request, as well as hiding any sort of negative behavior, like scorn or selfishness, all while maintaining a peppy and pleasant demeanor. He found some reprieve in Mackenzie, who he had stumbled upon while roaming the school late at night for a school project. After an awkward meeting, they began to develop a relationship, and Mackenzie became his only way of letting loose and being somewhat self-serving. 

Moral Alignment: Neutral good

Personality: By near necessity, Cyrus serves all of his group's wishes he can, and is at a point where he doesn't really notice the strain. In public, he is a charismatic, confident, and respectful individual who exercises his intellect and charm in solving student problems, while simultaneously remaining unrebellious. He comes off as almost perfect, if not slightly exaggerated in behavior. When with Mackenzie he sheds this coat of paint, generally to her annoyance. He is as loud and confident as ever, but can act impulsive and selfishly,  allowing himself to put himself first in many situations. he is not unreasonable though, and won't step too far out of line. While he and Mackenzie rarely hang out in public due to the weight of his responsibilities and her hesitation to be in the spotlight, he is still defensive of her and checks in on her regularly.

Important notes: 

Cyrus is sorta a comfort character, and his backstory means a lot to me as a person and about my life, along with Mackenzie tbh\

His hair and tail are made of feathers, not leaves. (including the farther left ones) It looks like that but I swear it ain't

His eyes can glow in the dark.

His nails are naturally that long, his species has fast-growing nails and all
