Bergelmir

Hushed whispers among the Moogle tribe lead you to develop a suspicion that the winged beastkin are hiding something from you.

A single egg sired by Hraesvelgr. While there's no question as to how it came to be, it's better left to the imagination of how it was concieved.

Hraesvelgr took great care of the egg as the Dragonsong war raged on. His time occupied by ignoring the calls of Nidhogg and ensuring the egg was safe. Soon, the egg would hatch into a small wyrm. His son.

He did not let up on his overbearing care for Bergelmir even upon hatching. Knowing the immense ire his son would draw from Nidhogg, Hraesvelgr opted to keep Bergelmir hidden among the highest peaks of Zenith. In fact, it took quite a while for his other progeny in Anyx Trine to find out about Bergelmir's existence. The moogles, in all their busybodiness, were the first ones to find out about the miraculous child.  They were also Bergelmir's only company for the longest time until the Anyx Trine dragons were trusted to not go running to Nidhogg - unintentionally or intentionally.
