He’s the face and the head of the surveillance team in the casino! His main sidekick is Onyx, the raven/crow who serves as the literal eyes in the shy.
Vegas has telepathic powers in which he uses to communicate to all his other colleagues and his boss. He can only hear their responses back to him though, not each other. He also sports a pair of wings that can disappear and reappear at his will.
On his breaks, he can be seen walking around the casino floor observing everything but has playing cards in his jacket pocket as to not seem suspicious…
