A Pokémon very dedicated to justice. It only follows, works with, and allows itself to be caught by people that it knows has a pure heart.

Burnhowl has a strong sense of duty to protect the weak and protect its trainer, even if its life is sacrificed.

Ability Information:

Fiery Heart turns its stripes and eyes a bright blue, and all of its attack stats, defense stats, and speed stat are drastically raised when at low HP.

If an evil person tries to catch it by force, it retaliates harshly and leave them with severe burns. It is said that these flames guide their heart away from evil.

It evolves from Flaregrowl at level 50 with high levels of friendship. It is the final stage of Flintpooch.

Even though Burnhowls are known for their prowess at detecting purity in people, they can be corrupted by someone they have bonded very closely to (for example, a longtime trainer who eventually becomes corrupt). The exact mechanisms of this phenomenon are still unclear.
