Summary

Bloom is a cold-hearted individual who used to work as a tournament organizer for the Grand Popstar Arena, but her true nature got her kicked out from her job. She's got a lot of enemies on her own personal hitlist as a result.

General / Personality

• A spiteful individual who used to work as a tournament organizer, but while she held her job, she put an abhorrent plan into place to "keep fresh talent coming in" but this was quickly found out by fighters and employees alike and she was swiftly barred from coming back to work on any tournament.
• Keeps a hit-list of sorts on-hand at all times, and this list is filled with tournament fighters like Wakana and Blitzet. She doesn't keep this rage a secret, but she manages to keep a warm-looking exterior despite this.
• Lives near the big city
• A determined individual, all things considered, but this determination is mostly fueled by spite.
• Her coat, which has a rose symbol on the back, was stolen from someone else in the city. Nobody knows how she got away with it...
• Works with Nasoka to try to take down the other fighters, but mainly Wakana
  

Powers / Combat

• Surprisingly, Bloom's nature-based powers are actually very weak, but she IS skilled with using guns! She has an automatic gun she loves using that she affectionately calls "Ol' Faithful".
