Garett Rattana

Current manager of The Velvet Cove nightclub, Garett is a bit of a social being. When he was younger, his father encouraged him to train in more athletic skills, particularly speed swimming & boxing. Garett though, despite taking interest in these skills, started to desire a good social life as well, as he was reserved in his childhood, spending time reading books, particularly manga. During his teens, he began to branch out and join some friends in gatherings, after being invited to a dance party. From that one invitation, Garett learned to open up and enjoy being around company, as you never know what kind of friends you could make when you do. Most importantly, he learned to have fun just being himself and encouraging others with their desires.

It was during this time that a merman approached him with a job offer, taking note of his athletic skills and his opening up socially. The merman ran a rather nice club that needed some renovation & updating. He offered Garett a chance to get an idea of what it was like to host events & parties that Garett enjoyed while fixing up the places. Garett soon learned the tricks of it and found himself being more than capable of managing the club, setting up for parties and occasionally having to play a bouncer. As he proved himself, his merman boss decided to let Garett take over as the main manager, as the club became a popular local venue and Garett began to love getting people to come and enjoy themselves.

Despite all the changes that has occurred since his childhood, Garett still likes to indulge in some of his past hobbies, such as manga reading. He‘s now both an esteemed club manager and a betta fish merman who loves pocky!
