growing up Eli watched his mom and older sister get abused, when he was about 13 his mom ended up in the hospital because of his dad, Eli sat by his mom's bed the entire time she was unconscious, and vowed someday he would make his dad pay for this. When he was 17, his sister up and left the family, and he hasn't heard from her since, and she didn't bring anything with her when she left in the middle of the night. A few weeks after his sister left, he went after his dad, and little to say he didn't win, he ended up with a few broken ribs, and a broken nose. Since then he's gotten into as many fights as he could, hoping to get strong enough to get back at his dad, but he doesn't want to try again until he knows for sure
