Wix potentially died in a motorcycle crash and was revived and used by Aztechnology for experimental tech. He's grumpy, traumatised, and on the run, and trying to figure out who he is and what happened. Wix has a cybernetic  magitech arm that allows him to disrupt electrical currents using his own energy to power it, but that causes him chronic pain. Aztech wants it back because its one of the few successful pieces of magitech.

Wix was used by Aztech as a semi winter soldier style runner, using tradejacks and and a personality chip to make him do what they wanted. he was able to rid himself of it and has been hiding from them ever since.
