The 8th successor of the Primes Dynasty, a powerful Heresy royal bloodline from the 6th Circle of Hell. Voinelli was the father figure of Snuff and Vallarta. He got killed by his son Snuff who took the shape of his sibling, making Snuff take the throne as his next successor and wrongly acusse Vallarta of his crime, imprisoning and torturing her for a century.
