An enigmatic Abyssal who's deeply dedicated to the worship of Lilith, Earth's progenitor. He considers her creations sacred and thus he references the teachings of Leviathan. It was him, along with a few others, who helped give rise to the Cult of the Seven and its churces.
Ichabod in particular is known to dole out cruel punishments on humans. At Leviathan's behest, the worst he does to the residents of their small harbor town is plague them with cryptic and cosmically horrific nightmares.
