Muriel [ friend ]

Tutu sometimes stops by during her travels to visit Muriel. Muriel is very doting and keeps her well-stocked with warm winter wear and well-fed with cookies. Tutu tries to bring along souvenirs from her explorations as well. Muriel is always asking to hear stories from Tutu's adventures. Tutu generally keeps to herself, but will tell stories about her adventures for Muriel.

Francine [ sister ]

"She doesn't talk all that much, but I know she enjoys my company. I always keep her up-to-date with everything going on in my life. I keep telling her that her life would be more exciting if she found a partner to date, but she gets embarrased when I say that." -Francine

In reality, Francine is annoyed by Tutu's never-ending chatter... and Tutu is not "embarrased," but rather annoyed when Francine tells her to try dating (Tutu has no interest in socializing with others, and thinks Francine would be better off if she stopped wasting her time on it). Tutu often responds cynically to Francine's stories and suggestions, but Francine is oblivious to this. Deep down, Tutu really loves her sister, though -- and only says these things knowing Francine isn't hurt by her remarks.
