Magister Celia

Celia grew up in one of the ruling families of Araphina. She constantly witnessed the families bicker, never coming to agreements on how to rule Araphina, and generally act chaotically. She desired order and so she turned to the Faroan Empire, helping them annex Araphina in exchange for full governing rights. As Civil Magister, Celia is in charge of taking care of the people of the empire and she accepts this job with pride.

Celia acts kind and caring towards the people, which has gained her a lot of support, but she also acts harshly towards any dissenters.
