Anastasia Faythorne

Mayor of Crookhaven and one of the last remnants of the Faythorne bloodline. A bit sadistic and scary. Her contracted familiar is Alastor, the Thimbled Owl, a monstrous white owl with an uncannily long neck. Her Effigy (basically a wand or orb or whatever magic bullshit) is an iron visor once used as a torture tool.
