character (made by me. inc customs) T.O.S:

 -do not use my art or characters commercially unless you have paid the commercial fee

 -when selling these designs please do not sell them unless you have added art to them. You can trade and give them away for art tho -if you intend to give the character away for free then you might aswell just give the character back to me 🫥

-if I gave u the character for free and u want to give it away OR they end up unused please just send them back to me (this can apply for other characters I made that was not free)

 -you can redesign the character as long as they are recognisable

 -as a person of colour please do not lighten the skin tones of the characters I make if you do any of these things you will not only be put on my blacklist, a PSA will be made with proof and I will also take my character back 

-you can change the gender (all adopts I make are non-binary) UNLESS they are specified as trans, out of respect do not change trans character

 -you can create NSFW for the said character but please do not do it if the character is underage

 - when making NSFW please do not put my designs in incest/pedophiliac/necrophiliac and zoo themes AND anything that is just as problematic 

-PLEASE PLEASE I cannot express this enough but if u want to put ur characters that I made on “only me” or something I can’t see please at lease tell me before hand so that I know u haven't deleted it 

-don’t sell characters I made off toyhouse I prefer to be able to keep track on them
