A spunky, honest and cheerful girl. She thinks with her heart, and lets her emotions dictate her actions rather than logic. Despite that, she generally won't put up a fuss as long as it doesn't directly effect or involve her. She may be 19, but she grew quite close to her elder half brother and through that, still maintains a very "little sister" attitude. Rarely will she make a major decision without asking his opinion. She's also very hesitant about making choices, as she didn't do so well in school. Her grades were atrocious and thus she has little confidence in herself.  Chloe will always do the best to make the most of her time though, and enjoys having fun and being silly. Life is meant to be lived, after all!

• Legitimately always considers her half-brother, Damien, in every decision she ever makes! She does everything with him in mind.

• Damien, her half-brother: He essentially raised her and coming from an abusive household in every sense of the word, she's grown to be dependent on him. The two are always side by side, and she follows him as his partner in crime. He may tease her and ruffle her feathers, but she can also just as easily get under his skin. The two enjoy getting into small time trouble and being, well, street rats, as they call it. Coming from nothing though, the two mean nothing but harmless fun and just want to pass the time.
