❌ Nix (Nightmare)

My own Nightmare Variant who is only rough/tough/merciless to his minions because he wants to minimize as much positivity as he can in his castle. In this AU, Dream wants to murder his brother (aka Nix) and his team. In order to protect his 'family', he puts on a tough front and is strict as possible, to contain as much negativity as he could in his castle. Basically, minimize/tone down any positivity in order to not attract his brother.

Later on in the story, Nix dies after successfully protecting his 'family'/minions after Dream found his home and the castle. Prompting everyone else to flee, since Nix made sure to hold his brother back and distract him during their escape.

It is unknown if the Dream lived and is still looking for the minions that fled, or had died together with Nix.
