[FTU CODE] Ac Amiibo's Ownership

1. About transfering the character:
  1.1 For no profit: Raffles, gifts, DTA, WTA contests are all permitted;
  1.2 For non currency-based profite:  Trading for other characters, trading for art, literature or any other form of work that doesn't involve direct currency is permitet. However discretion from both seller and buyer is advised;
  1.3 For profit: Selling for any currency is permitted. However commom sense is advised, such as: not giving it atificial price (ex. buying for $5, selling it for $15). Adding price based on added art, literature, etc. is permitted;

2. About redesigning the character:
  2.1 About minor redesigns:Minor redesigns, such as changing species, markings locations, small color changes are permitted;
  2.2 About major changes: The character might be majorly changed. If the redesigner wishes to take credit for the design, please create a tab/literature relating to the original redesign; 

3. About themes:  I, as a creator do not endorse any kind of hate art or discrimination. However the owner of the character has the complete control over it. Therefore I do not take responsability for any future art created containing characters I designed;

4. About deleting: As reviously stated I, the designer don't have the control of what the current owner does with the character. If the current owner doesn't want the character and doesn't want to gift/trade/sell the character they can delete it fom the site, however I suggest sending them back to me (Th handle: NebulaNumbat) so I can redesign/ gift them by other means
