greer used to study general botany & mycology, and is now a dedicated lichenologist! she also grows mushrooms as a side job and hobby, selling grain spawn and spawn bags online. casual, friendly, ambivert, eccentric, intelligent, outdoorsy, neighborly, passionate.

grew up in conover, wi, and now works across the country, with a home base in the pacific northwest [similarly, much of her study takes place in oregon, washington, or northern california]. she went there after college, a decision that wasn't surprising considering her family's history in the area and the diversity of lichens, mosses, & fungi.

during her early 20s, greer spent two years wandering the country in their trusty van, enjoying a very hippie lifestyle. they've since settled down and love their current life just as much. although their current transportation is a land range rover, they still own the van, and keep it in their garage for the occassional sentimental road trip. their van is covered in hand-painted designs reflecting a general retro aesthetic and scenery of the pacific coast.

greer can play guitar! she likes learning folksy songs and singing along. similar to her van, her guitar is decorated, covered in old stickers and quotes written in sharpie.
