Design Terms of Use

BrattyMawz Global Rules

Design TOS:

•You may NOT remove my designs from Toyhouse and you may NOT sell my designs off of Toyhouse either.

•No one is allowed to make copies of my designs or make “twins” unless it is ME doing it myself.

•Do not draw over my original design/art. This goes for everyone, including friends.

•Please credit me as designer on any new reference sheets you might make of your character.

•Please do not redesign to the point to where it doesn't look like my design anymore. Kinda defeats the purpose of it even existing. I work hard on my designs and would like them to remain mostly the same.

•Do not use my designs for ANY kind of hate speech such as racism, homophobia, transphobia, and other hate speech.

•Do not have my designs in your possession if you are a pedophile, zoophile, pro-ship, etc.

•And do not sell for more than you bought unless art has been added. I will not tolerate character flipping.

•That is it. If you fail to follow these simple rules, I will not sell/trade to you again and you'll be blacklisted in general.
