Backstory and/or additional notes: 

One of the guardians of the Stones of Life, Saotra comes from a long line of Shaymin guardians. He has held this position for over a century, but is currently disgraced due to the stone under her care, the Stone of Gratitude, being stolen. Saotra has since been banished from his Shaymin colony until she can locate and return the stone to the colony's protection. He has a glamour disguise of a "shiny" Marill, just because I figure having a legendary stroll up into town probably would freak some folks out haha.
