rules:
- you cant use a character i designed for commercial use without talking to me about it first
- OK: non commercial project, for personal use, use in a commercial project but NOT monetizing the design (as in selling merch of the design)
- NOT OK: directly monetizing the design (such as selling merch)
- you can resell/regift/retrade/whatever without asking first i dont care
- just be normal
