By purchasing any form of artwork from me you're automatically agreeing to my terms of service.

The prices listed in the commission catalog are for personal use only!! To use them commercially a contract must be formed and a usage fee must be paid. Prices will be different from personal use commissions.
With a personal license, I still hold 90%-100% of the copyright, and rights of the picture. You are not allowed to use an unwatermarked version unless stated otherwise by me. As well as are not allowed to use my work in ways that I deem inappropriate, such as hate speech, or any other form that breaks my terms of service.
A commercial license will split the ownership of the drawing in half (50%-60%), or equally among the owners. With me always owning part of the art-work as well. Most commercially licensed products will be required to use a watermark or/and crediting system of sorts unless stated otherwise.
The only way for the artwork to not fall under the rules of my Terms of Service is for you to buy the Copyright rights of the piece in question. However, that is a service I do not offer at the moment. Currently, the only way I'm willing to consider selling the copyrights of any work of mine to corporations, ads, etc.

I have the right to refuse any order for any reason. Including it, but not exclusive, to making me uncomfortable or going against something I believe in, individual or group.

At least 50% of the total price must be paid upfront before I start your commission. The rest should be paid upon completion. I will only send you the finished product after 100% payment is made.

You can cancel the commission and request a refund until the work is in the sketching phase. After I start linework or the equivalent, a refund is not applicable anymore.

A partial refund can be discussed on a case by case basis but I'm not obligated to comply after a certain point of the progress of the product.

I'm not obligated to send constant updates or work under a deadline. Things can be arranged on a case by case basis, however.

If you happen to be blacklisted for whatever reason, you are not allowed to be associated with my art in any way. You can't commission me, or own characters designed by me, or use art made publicly anywhere. If for some reason you happen to have any sort of artwork from me and ended up blacklisted, you are allowed to keep it saved in your device, but not posted where other people can see it. I will try to get in contact if I see you breaking this rule and if it's not solved I will contact the local website to do everything in my power to take the artwork down. If nothing solves this breaking of my TOS, I will resort to legal action.

By purchasing a commission you are
claiming you have read and agreed with my terms and conditions.

My term of service applies to all art-work by me, under any username I went by, (such as Dknuts, w0lfblue15, Teaxbee, etc.), since 2016 and onwards.

By receiving any form of gift-art, artwork from me, and designs, they will automatically fall under the protection and rules of my terms of service. And by owning said artwork you must abide by my Terms of Service.

Never thought I'd have to actually start one:

 -These individuals generally broke my art TOS, copyright rights, and general decency. I don't want my art to be affiliated with them any longer,

 if you see either of them using my art please report it to me and to the platform. 

I also don't want my designs to be used by them or allow them to purchase or receive any kind of art from me

if they have a design by me before they were blacklisted that's fine.

- THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO OWN OR USE ANY ART MADE BY ME -

**if they wish to maintain their art on Toyhou.se for storage, every single work made by me must be private or saved somewhere else.

If caught violating my TOS and therefore my blacklist will result in whatever actions necessary to solve the issue, including legal.
