Please don't draw her nude, some kind of sporty kind of top is fine (stuff like crop top swimwear), in black/brown/cream/green (any or all).

Has been trained by ValCorp to work for them. Can't walk on land, but ValCorp uses one of their cars to take her to other bodies of water when needed. Does a lot of recon work for them, which is just a nice word for spying, but is also used for a variety of other tasks, like luring in unwilling donors and eliminating threats. Classical case of Stockholm syndrome, as Madlene genuinely no longer sees the bad parts of ValCorp and at this point she will follow orders without question. Considered dangerous to anyone that isn't part of her inner circle.
