I suck at naming, but this is a fun lil guy. They can't speak normally, cause good ol missing vocal chords, but they can use masks + magic to speak. He adopts a little bit of the personality of a mask when he puts one on and speaks in the mask's voice. If the mask didn't have a voice actor or a recognizable character appearance, the voice becomes what he thinks it sounds like.
besides all that he's a regular ol guy who just generally likes masks.
